YIN
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on applying gentle stress to the body's connective tissues—ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones as a way to increase mobility and flexibilty. Unlike more active forms of yoga, which emphasize strength and movement, Yin Yoga involves holding postures for several minutes, usually between 3 to 5 minutes or longer. This extended time in each pose allows the body to move past the use of larger muscles and relax into a different type of stretch, fostering deep release and increased mobility.

Yoga Nidra
This class begins with a short practice of Mudras (hand gestures) to prepare the body and mind for deep rest. You’ll then be guided through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep that takes you into a state between waking and dreaming.
Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, this practice allows the nervous system to settle, stress to release, and the mind to enter profound stillness. Yoga Nidra is known to restore energy, support better sleep, and bring balance to both body and mind.
No experience is needed — simply come as you are, lie down comfortably, and allow yourself to be guided into rest and renewal.

The class begins with a series of restorative yoga poses, using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing your muscles to release tension and your mind to quiet. The focus is on mindful breathing and complete relaxation, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury. Following the restorative poses, you'll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep." While you lie comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), your instructor will lead you through a series of instructions designed to induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being.

Hatha
In our Hatha Flow class, we blend traditional Hatha yoga principles with a dynamic flow inspired by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. You'll explore a carefully curated sequence of asanas (poses) with a particular emphasis on alignment, flowing smoothly from one pose to the next. Props such as blocks, straps, and blankets may be used to support and deepen your experience. Vinyasa Immersion
This practice is designed to help you deepen your understanding of vinyasa yoga by working with close to the same sequence over several weeks. Repetition allows you to build strength, refine alignment, and discover new layers of each posture with confidence and clarity.
Class begins with grounding breathwork and warm-up movements before moving into a set sequence that includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, balances, and opportunities to explore backbends, arm balances, and inversions. With a workshop-style approach, postures and transitions are broken down so you can truly understand the mechanics, alignment, and energetic intention behind the practice.
Your teacher will be there to support you throughout—offering personalized guidance and hands-on assists (always with permission and consent) to help you safely deepen your practice both physically and mentally. The steady structure encourages playful exploration while fostering growth at your own pace. We’ll close with restorative stretches and Savasana to integrate the benefits of practice.
This is the perfect class for those looking to deepen their personal practice in a variety of ways. While all levels are welcome, some previous yoga experience is recommended.
